RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

IMPORTANT - Custom Products: All our magnets are custom products made to order according to your specifications. Pursuant to Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, customized products are excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal. Therefore, we do not accept returns or refunds for customized products, except in the case of manufacturing defects or damage during shipping.

Damage and Defects: Please carefully inspect your order upon receipt. If the product is defective, damaged, or not compliant with your order, please contact us immediately at info@clickandstick.eu within 7 days of receipt. We will ask you to provide photos of the defective product.

 Defective Product Procedure:

Contact us at info@clickandstick.eu within 7 days of receipt.
Provide your order number and a photo of the defect/damage.
We will evaluate your case within 48 hours.
If approved, we will send you a replacement product or a full refund.
Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. It may take an additional 5-10 days for your bank to process the refund.
